Do you offer corporate and event flowers near me?
Our corporate and events team is currently available in London as well as rest of the UK. Additionally we are open to International projectsand events. To find out more about International service please contact out team.
How often can you deliver new arrangements?
At Moyses Stevens, we offer flexible delivery arrangements to our corporate clients across London. We provide daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly flower and plant deliveries. Our services are bespoke to each client so please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.
Are there time slots available for deliveries?
Yes. Our standard delivery timeframe is between 9am-5pm on working days, however, we can accommodate specific requests. We have our fleet of drivers and electric vans that will deliver your corporate or event designs, keeping you updated while your designs are on route. There is a minimum 3-hour delivery slot for all orders.
Do you charge extra for delivery, set-up and removal services?
No, delivery, set-up and removal are all included within corporate and event services. This includes the pick up of rental items and the disassembly of arrangements.
Are there additional fees involved?
There are no hidden or additional fees involved. Your contract and agreement will outline the pricing and what is included. Delivery, set-up and removal services are at no extra cost and included within the contract.
Are vases included?
Vase rental is included as standard. You can request different vases, plinths, urns etc. and these will be charged at no extra cost. Please get in contact with our team to discuss the rental property that you require.
Do you offer a maintenance service?
Yes, we do offer a maintenance service. Our florists will freshen up your arrangements and swap out designs on a basis that suits you.
Can we trial your services before signing a contract?
Yes, we do offer a trial period of one month for reoccurring corporate orders. If you wish to cancel our services after the expiration of this initial testing period, written notice 7 days prior to the expiration of the initial testing period is required. After the initial testing period, this agreement may be terminated by either party by giving 3 months prior written notice.

I’ve got a corporate event coming up, what floristry services do you offer?
We can undertake a variety of floristry projects suited to your requirements, however, our most popular services include; wall flower decorations, big flower displays, table arrangements and ceiling deco. We will work with you to bring your vision to life and provide the highest-quality service.
Where do you source your flowers from?
We source many of our flowers from 15 different growers in the UK, this is for seasonal blooms and foliage. Flowers are also imported from Holland, as well as places like Columbia, Israel and Ecuador. This ensures that we always have a wide variety of choices when it comes to sourcing your chosen flower varieties and colours.
How long have you been working as a corporate / event florist?
Moyses Stevens was established in 1876 and pioneered floristry services within the office and corporate spaces in London. Both event and corporate floristry have been a core focus within the business since the very beginning, so they are areas we truly excel in.
I’m a small business with limited space, can you cater to me?
Yes, of course. We will work with you to provide incredible floral designs suited to a smaller space and within your budget.

What pricing options do you have?
We have various pricing options within our corporate and events services. Many of these services are bespoke so pricing will differ dependent on your specifications. This is will be agreed between us.
What payment options are available?
If you need to make changes to your order, please provide notice of not less than 5 working days. Cancellations received after this date will be charged at 70 % of the delivery value; Cancellations received on the day of the scheduled delivery will be invoiced with the full amount. If payment has already been taken, a refund can be requested. However, the majority of corporate and events services will be invoiced after delivery.
When can we expect to receive our contract?
As soon as we have agreed on the services and products we will be supplying to you, a contract will be drawn up sent over.
Can we make changes to the designs?
Any changes to your order (such as the delivery address or gift message) must be made at least 5 working days prior to the requested delivery date to ensure that we have time to amend your order prior to dispatch. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accept changes made to your order after that time, or we may accept the change subject to a charge. During peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) changes to orders must be made at least 6 working days before the intended delivery date.
Do you offer multi-site discounts?
